There were big smiles and cake for everyone on Wednesday 3 May, when service users and staff at Triangle Day Care Centre in Woking helped Margaret Gibney and Joan Stevens celebrate their 90th and 99th birthdays respectively.

Margaret, who lives in Cobham and who was born on 5 May 1927, and Joan, who lives in Horsell and was born on 3 May 1918 are both regular users of Triangle Day Care Centre – situated at Bradbury Court, Smiles Place on Lavender Road – where they have made many friends.

Their joint birthday party was part of their ongoing commitment to fostering fun activities and encouraging friendships across the generations. It was organised by Day Care Manager Francesca Simpson and her team.

Francesca said: “We all loved being able to help mark Margaret’s and Joan’s special days.”
