Elmbridge Borough Council to charge to use tennis courts.
I fail to see how charging people to use the council run tennis courts in the borough can be anything but negative.
I do not understand the rationale?
I have never had any trouble accessing our local tennis court and have seen lots of local children playing tennis.
This move is ridiculous, narrow minded and greedy and the council should hang its head in shame.
