Pupils and staff at St George’s Junior School warmly welcomed the Rt. Rev. Richard Moth, Bishop of Arundel & Brighton, whilst on a special visit he made to the School on 24 April 2017 to celebrate St George’s Day.

Bishop Richard celebrated Mass at the Junior School and then joined two special school assemblies held for younger and older pupils along with Junior School Headmaster Mr Antony Hudson, with much of the visit taking place in the School’s new building for the Lower Years called ‘The Ark’.

Bishop Richard was able to tour The Ark and the rest of the Junior School as well as speak with many of the girls and boys.

The Bishop's visit was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone at St George's.
