Our Engineering apprentices, Tiro Racing, were crowned England Champions yesterday in the F1 in Schools competition which took place at Silverstone on 29 and 30 March.
The team of 6 will now head to the World Finals in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia this September.
Tiro Racing, who are apprentices at GlaxoSmithKline, Rolls-Royce, Siemens, The National Physical Laboratory and Imperial College London, also won Best Engineered Car and came second place overall. If you would like to talk to any of the team please email contact@tiroracing.co.uk.
