Could this be you? The Royal Harmonics is an award-winning 40-strong male a cappella chorus based in Windsor. We are part of the British Association of Barbershop Singers (BABS) and we sing an entertaining repertoire of four-part close harmony across a wide range of modern music.

Singing is great fun and there is growing evidence that it is good for your health and wellbeing also. We strive to be as good as we can be and regularly enjoy performing at events and functions as well as competing annually.

We have just appointed a top-line, energetic, young Chorus Director (Sean Bui) to take the chorus to the next level. Sean lives in Windsor and brings to the role a wealth of experience having studied music at The Royal Holloway and is Musical Director of two other local choruses: Quire Voices and Spelthorne Choral Society.

The Royal Harmonics is looking to recruit more members as part of its ambitious plans for the future. Men are invited to join the chorus for a 4-week, FREE, singing induction course. The course will run across four successive Wednesday evenings - 01 Mar 2017 to 22 Mar 2017 from 19:30 to 22:00.

The venue is the Alma Road Social Club, 73a Alma Road, Windsor. SL4 3HD. We are looking for those who could already be singing with another choir or those who might just enjoy singing and can hold a tune, but have never had the opportunity to take it seriously before.

All course material will be provided, and it is not necessary to be able to read music. Each evening will be split between developing individual skills and then working with the main chorus to learn and present a new song together.

Anyone interested should reserve their place on the course by contacting Richard Gabriel, the Royal Harmonics Public Relations Officer, via email at enquiries@royalharmonics.org.uk or by telephoning 07947 210883.
