My 10 year old daughter Bella wanted to write to you, she designed our outdoor Christmas display and wanted to show you her drawings and final look. Here's her letter:
Dear Guardian, I decided that for this years Christmas light display I wanted it to look more amazing than all my neighbours houses.
I drew a picture of what I wanted it to look like and I showed my dad the picture and asked him if it would be possible to put the lights on a high scaffolding platform.
I hoped he would say yes because he is a Scaffolder. When I showed him the picture he said, ‘Alright lets go and get some lights for it’. We then went out to the garden centre to get the decorations for it.
We brought them home and mum wasn’t happy we went over our budget. Later the next day when I came home from school my dream had come true by him putting them up by looking at my design. Here’s the final piece.
Kind regards, Bella Walter age 10.
