Elmbridge residents are being kept in mind after the launch of a mental health survey which asks ‘Where would you go for help?’.
Voluntary Action Elmbridge, supported by Elmbridge Community Partnership, wants people to come forward and take part in their online mental health facilities survey.
Chief executive of Voluntary Action Elmbridge and chairman of Elmbridge Community Partnership, Carole Ann Roycroft, said: “Mental health is a serious subject, but we would like as many people as possible to complete the survey to help us get a picture of the help available for people living with mental health problems in Elmbridge.”
The aim of the anonymous survey is to gather information on what services are available throughout the borough, and any improvements in support residents would like to see.
The results are to be used by public and voluntary services including Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
Councillor Christine Cross, portfolio holder for community development, said: “The council is committed to working with it’s partners to continually improve life in the borough for our residents.
“I am pleased that we are able to support this survey.”
To take part in the survey, open until September 30, please visit elmbridge.gov.uk/consult.
