Grammy Award winners Clean Bandit are coming to Sandown Park Racecourse on Thursday, kicking off the summer concert season.

The Jockey Club Live are running several events at Sandown this summer, including shows by Tom Jones and Olly Murs.

Pop/classical fusion group Clean Bandit, formed of Grace Chatto, Jack Patterson and Luke Patterson, had their first number one single ‘Rather be’ last year, which was the longest-running consecutive number one in 2016.

They will be supported by 2015 X Factor winner Louisa Johnson, who collaborated with the group on their top-five hit ‘Tears’.

Clean Bandit said: “We’re really looking forward to headlining Sandown Park Racecourse on June 8. Summer gigs are always a lot of fun, and it’s always special to be headlining an event. Also, there’s the added bonus of having Louisa Johnson playing as well!”

Concertgoers will also be able to enjoy an evening of races before the music begins.
