Drivers in two cars attempting to pass a broken-down coach ended up crashing into each other this morning.
The crash happened on the A3 Southbound between junction 10 of the M25 (Wisley Interchange) and Wisley Lane at about 7.45am.
Highways England advise traffic congestion could add as much as 50 minutes to journey times.
