An Esher woman who co-founded a London-based charity has been awarded an Order of the British Empire in the Queen's 90th birthday honours.
Caroline Plumb is one of the people behind Fresh Minds, a recruitment company for consultants.

Ms Plumb set up the company in 2000 as an engineering graduate with her classmate Charlie Osmond.
She now works as a non-executive director, while being the chief executive officer of the company's new sister company.
Ms Plumb's OBE is for services to business and charity.
She tweeted her pride at being awarded the OBE and later retweeted a message stating "Great recognition for women entrepreneurs and those in Tech in the #queensbirthdayhonours".
She is a member of the Regional Growth Fund Advisory Panel and a UKTI Business Ambassador for Professional Services and Creative Industries.
The mother-of-three is a frequent speaker on innovation and research.
