The Richmond and Twickenham borough commander has been suspended while Metropolitan Police investigate allegations of 'potential gross misconduct'.
A temporary superintendent from Richmond has also been placed on restricted duties in relation to allegations of failures in duty, along with ChSupt Colin Kennedy.

Kingston Chief Superintendent Glenn Tunstall will temporarily act as the Borough Commander during the investigation.
Ch. Supt. Tunstall will also continue as borough commander of Kingston at this time.
The allegations against the borough commander were first reported to the Directorate of Professional Standards (DPS) on Wednesday, 20 April.
The allegations are being investigated as potential gross misconduct by the DPS, Met Police said.
A referral was made on Friday afternoon to the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC).
