It will be a chilly but bright day across south London and north Surrey today, before the wind and rain picks up toward the end of the week.
Top temperatures are predicted at just 3 degrees for Wednesday, but coupled with a low wind speed of two miles per hour, it may be the best weather this week.
From Thursday, temperatures rise to 5 degrees, but conditions will be cloudy, turning stormy by Friday, with fog expected on Saturday.
