Details of the new, Conservative-led Kingston Council set up have been finalised.
New council leader Kevin Davis has appointed Coombe Hill ward councillor Gaj Wallooppillai as his deputy, as well as lead member for the newly created policy portfolio.
Eric Humphrey will be in charge of finance, as lead member for treasurer, finance and HR, with Julie Pickering responsible for health and social care, and Andrea Craig the portfolio holder for children, youth and adult learning.
Liz Green remains leader of the Liberal Democrats following the party's defeat at last month's local elections, with Stephen Brister promoted to second in command, replacing the retired Rolson Davies.
