A fourth teenager had been charged with murder following the death of Jamil Palmer, from Hampton.
The 16-year-old boy, who was arrested in Reading on May 16, was charged with murder on Saturday, May 17.
He is due to appear at Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court this morning, May 19.
The boy is the fourth teenager who has been charged over the death of the 18-year-old Kingston College student, who was stabbed near Evans Grove in Feltham on May 6.
