Professor Kayoss aka Des Kay with his magic machine
Kingston’s very own nutty professor will entertain children at the Rose Theatre tonight.
Des Kay, AKA Professor Kayoss, will perform a 40-minute comedy play at the High Street venue.
The show sees the professor trying to get to grips with the ramblings of a wise monkey in a dream.
He will have to build a magic machine and find the answer to everything.
Described as “40 minutes of entertaining into submission” the show is aimed at children and adults alike.
Kay says: “It should be great fun and shows how you can help the planet for Climate Week and Paint the Town Green.
“And it will be great to do it at the Rose. I do things all over the country and it’s nice to be doing it here in Kingston.
"As I say in one of my poems, ‘Saving the world is not too hard, you’ve just got to start in your own back yard’."
Professor Kayoss; Rose Theatre, High Street, Kingston; March 8, 5pm, March 9, 11am. For more details call 08444 821556, visit rosetheatrekingston.org.
