Dozens of revellers are expected to head to Weybridge tonight to dance the night away wearing not headbands, but headphones.
Billed as the "ultimate silent dance experience", Hedfone Party is being launched in Weybridge this evening.
The Red Bar in Queen's Road is playing host to the unusual event which involves partygoers being handed a set of headphones, two choices of music and then being left to party while the staff enjoy some silence.
Red owner Darren Allen is confident the event will "go down like a storm" and said the silent party concept has "spread like wildfire".
"It's a great scene - people bopping away both inside and out. It's an absolute buzz," he added. "We tried it before Christmas and it went so well so we're expecting queues in the streets tonight."
The Red Bar is planning three such events in the next few weeks with tonight's event due to start at 8pm. Entry is free before 9pm and £5 afterwards.
