A drug dealer has been jailed for more than two years after being stopped in a Surbiton street with 40 packs of crack cocaine and heroin in his underpants.
Norbert Miassouekama, 31, was stopped by police officers in Berrylands Road on Wednesday, June 22.
When officers searched him, they found 22 packages of “high purity” crack cocaine and 18 packages of heroin in his underwear, a Kingston police spokesman said.
Miassouekama, of High Road, in Leyton, was sentenced to 28 months in prison at Kingston Crown Court on Friday, July 29.
He had appeared at Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court on Friday, June 24 and pleaded guilty to one count of drug dealing.
The arrest was made as part of Operation Vulcan, a six month drug dealing crackdown targeting “drug supply lines” coming from outside the borough.
