A man was in police custody this morning after he was arrested on suspicion of stabbing another man in Surbiton.
Police were called to Victoria Road shortly before midnight last night and found a man, 25, had been stabbed.
Officers arrested a 39-year-old man on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm.
A Kingston police spokesman said a Taser was used.
The 25-year-old man was taken to hospital but has been discharged.
