The familiar branding of Tesco adorns the front of a small newsagent in Surbiton with one difference - this is a Tesos Express.

Previously known as Union Convenient in Villiers Avenue, the store has caught many a passerby's eye with the almost identical banner to the supermarket giant.

The newsagent is thought to have changed its name last year, but Tesco is yet to pick a fight with the shop and did not respond to a request for comment from the Surrey Comet.

In 2012 Men's Hire, a Surbiton clothing store, added 'Lodnon 2102 Oimplycs' on to a display window in order to get around Olympic Games endorsement rules.
