A man who breached his prison licence days after being released following a six month stretch for a thieving spell - including stealing from a cake shop - has been arrested and is in police custody.
Christopher Rost-Aldridge, 25, who has lived in Oxshott and Chessington, breached his release license conditions after leaving prison earlier this month and was last spotted in Hersham on Monday, October 19.
He had been sentenced to six months in prison by magistrates on April 9 for stealing £140 from under the till in Surbiton takeaway, Village Pizza, on April 3.

He had also stolen 20 keys on a ring worth £100 from Hollywood Bowl, Tolworth, and a handbag, bank card, iPhone and jewellery on the same day and was given an additional six month sentence, but to run at the same time.
The very next day - this time eventually giving an address of Crown Cottages, Steels Lane, Oxshott for the later court appearance - he broke into Cakeology in Raynes Park and stole £140 - earning another three month sentence.

Rost-Alridge had also appeared in court in January for stealing money, a phone, and a bank card from his grandmother's home in Clayton Road, Chessington, and used it to take out £40.
He had also stolen from a car and refused to give officers a body sample to find out if he had class A drugs in his system at Kingston police station, for which he was sentenced to four weeks in prison.
