A bin man working for Kingston Council has been dismissed after a 13-year-old girl claimed he blew kisses and wolf-whistled at her.

The girl was waiting at a bus stop in Chessington, in her school uniform, on Tuesday, September 30, when the Veolia agency sub-contractor is said to have passed her and made the lewd gestures.
Two workers were initially suspended by Veolia following the claims, with one since reinstated.
A spokesman for Veolia, the council contractor employing the man, said: "Following our investigation we have identified the real culprit - an agency loader - who has been dismissed from the Kingston contract and excluded from working on any other Veolia contracts."
The firm said at the time: "We expect our staff to act as ambassadors for the company and the council, and we are reminding all employees of their responsibilities.
"We would like to apologise for any distress these incidents have caused."
The girl's father told the Surrey Comet after he made a report to the council: "At the time of the incident, this caused her alarm, panic and distress and she immediately contacted me on my mobile.
"This in turn caused me stress, anger and panic because I was travelling to work and helpless at a time when she felt she needed me most."
