Local hospices do amazing work and sometimes go unrecognised or unnoticed.
St Christopher's Hospice in South East London provides excellent palliative care for the dying and support for their families.
They are an import part of the local and surrounding areas and the service they provide is invaluable.
11 friends have joined together to raise as much money as possible for St Christopher's by taking part in the British 10K in London on 13th July 2014.
Some of the group have never run before and few have gone to great lengths to avoid any physical activity.
