On Sunday 22 June I will be completing the 'Three Peak Challenge’ in order to raise money for Infertility Network UK.

For those of you that do not know, the challenge involves walking the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales within 24 hours this is not one for the faint hearted! The challenge starts at Ben Nevis in Scotland, which at 1,344 metres high is the tallest of the three. From there I will be heading south to the Lake District where I will climb Scafell Pike at 978 metres high. The final of the three is the Welsh mountain, Snowdonia, standing at no less than 1,085 metres. The total walking distance is estimated at 44km (27 miles) with a total ascent of 3,000 metres.

I have chosen to support the charity Infertility Network UK who’s aim is too ‘help everyone struggling to conceive to get the right support and information regarding infertility’ I have been working in fertility for over two and half years, during this time I have become very passionate about working and supporting couples in their journey to conceive. Working in fertility can be very rewarding as well as very emotional, helping to support couples to come to terms with the fact that they may never be able to conceive is always a challenging time even for the most experienced fertility professional.

Infertility Network UK provides help, support and information to people who are struggling to conceive. They are there for everyone, right through their journey, whatever the outcome.

Please help me support such a worthwhile charity.
