A chef will hold a demonstration on how to reuse leftovers and save money on shopping bills.
Carmela Tomkins will be at the Ebbisham Centre, the Derby Square, Epsom, between 10am and 4pm today, encouraging people to throw away less food and offering them recipe ideas.
