Talented gymnast Charlotte Carberry from Ewell met Blue Peter presenter and Dancing on Ice star Zoe Salmon at the Breathing Life Awards last week.
The nine-year-old did not win her category in the ceremony which celebrates the achievements and remarkable spirit of those living with cystic fibrosis.
But Miss Carberry, who has won silver in the floor and vault in the south-east and Surrey competitions in the last two years.
