The Odeon in Upper High Street, Epsom
A man and a woman received a police warning after an incident outside the cinema in Epsom in the early hours of this morning.
Police were called to the Odeon cinema in Upper High Street, Epsom, at 2.30am in response to an allegation of assault against a woman.
A police spokesman said: "Officers issued a breach of the peace warning against the man and woman and the victim did not want to make any formal allegation."
