- From MONDAY: Private detective says family of missing Victor Ivanelo are 'very worried and confused' as search enters ninth day
Surrey Police officers have appealed for the white female rider to come forward as she is believed to have seen Mr Ivanelo's phone, bag, headphones and keys were discovered along a horse track in Woodstock Lane South when he disappeared on Sunday, February 26.
It is thought that the rider was unable to stop at the time but returned to the area in a silver car sometime between 11.30am and midday where she spoke with another woman.

In a Facebook post yesterday, officers stressed that the woman is not in any trouble, but may have information that could assist with the investigation.
Andy Kemp, a former police officer, has been hired by the 21-year-old student's family to help find him after he disappeared leaving a friend's house in Esher on Sunday, February 26, at 2am.
He was spotted on CCTV travelling to Claygate from Clapham Junction station on Saturday, but officers said not a "single sighting" of the student has been reported.
When he was last seen leaving his friend's house in Esher he had been wearing a grey formal jacket, blue jeans and smart shoes and was carrying a black over-the-shoulder Hugo Boss bag.
He was not wearing his glasses at the time.
Mr Ivanelo's permanent address is in south west London but he has student housing in Guildford. Officers said he has not been seen at either address since his disappearance.
If you are this horse rider or know who she is please call Surrey Police on 101 and quote Operation Decibel 45170020251.
