A nine-year-old girl was taken to hospital with head and elbow injuries after she was hit by a car in Oxshott.
Police are appealing for witnesses after the girl was knocked down by a blue Mini Cooper on the junction of Heath Road and Oxshott Road at about 4.50pm.
She was taken to St George’s Hospital in Tooting but her injuries are not thought to be life-threatening or life-changing.
A spokesman from South East Coast Ambulance Service said that an ambulance and a car went to the crash, along with a car from the Kent, Surrey and Sussex Air Ambulance.
Heath Road was closed in both directions after the crash until just after 7pm on Friday, January 29.
