Surrey Police are continuing to appeal for the whereabouts of a missing 14-year-old Walton girl after CCTV captured new images of her getting into a car in the town centre.

Nhu Nguyen was last seen at about 3.45pm on Monday, November 9 in Walton town centre.

New CCTV images released by police show her going into a shop in New Zealand Avenue wearing a bright pink jacket at 3.38pm, followed by her getting into a maroon-coloured saloon car in Churchfield Road before the car drove away at 3.41pm.

The car had waited for about 10 minutes at the location opposite Franks Hairdressers and KFC before Nhu got in.

Nhu is Vietnamese, about 5ft tall and of slim build.

She has shoulder-length dark brown hair with a fringe and was last seen wearing a pink rain jacket, black leggings and grey sweatshirt with a New York logo. Detective Inspector Clive Vale said: "We are keen to hear from anyone who has come into contact with Nhu who we hope would have been recognisable because of her bright pink rain jacket.

"We are also keen to trace the maroon-coloured saloon car that we know she got into as seen in the CCTV image. If you saw her in this vehicle, know where it went afterwards, or perhaps have seen her getting out of the car in your road where you live, then please contact us.”
