Road users in Cobham and Oxshott should expect disruption next week.
As part of a multi-million pound pipe laying project by Sutton and East Surrey Water, repairs will be made to two roads.
The roads affected from Monday are Fairoak Lane, Oxshott, and Stoke Road, Cobham. Traffic lights are planned to manage the disruption.
This follows on from work on Fairmile Lane in Cobham which is anticipated to end by the time the work on Stoke Road begins.
The work is being done to prevent more bursts on the current cast iron water mains - in the past five years there have been six.
Work began at the end of April and is expected to take 12 months to complete.
Residents whose water supply could be affected should have received a letter about the interruptions.
