A young girl was arrested after allegedly making threats to kill.
She was arrested on Wednesday, April 1, on suspicion of malicious communications, making threats to cause criminal damage and possession of a controlled substance after a search of her home found a small amount of what was believed to be cannabis in her bedroom.
She was also then arrested on suspicion of making threats to kill.
A Surrey Police spokesman said: "A joint investigation by officers from both the South Walton and Ambleside Safer Neighbourhood Team and our colleagues in Staines CID led to the female admitting all offences."
The girl has been bailed pending the outcome of a referral to the Youth Intervention Team.
