A lorry hit a pedestrian as she walked her children to school this morning, but caused only minor injuries.
The rear of the trailer caught her arm as it turned in Queens Road, Weybridge and knocked her to the ground.
Surrey Roads Police tweeted at about 9.30am: “Queens Road #Weybridge – just been assisting divisional colleagues at an RTC between a HGV and a pedestrian. Thankfully minor injuries.”
On Twitter Chris Cheeseman replied: “hgv vs pedestrian one very lucky person hope they are ok."
