If you think the Tilt is a special place, the council would like to hear from you.
The group of traditional brick cottages and houses set along greens are part of a partnership between the council and the community and Elmbridge Council wants to produce a document identifying what needs to be protected.
Councillor Andrew Kelly, portfolio holder for regulatory affairs, said: "One of the council's top priorities is a unique, green and attractive Elmbridge and the Tilt is an area of considerable character and quality. I am pleased to support his successful project work undertaken in partnership with the local community."
