Big-hearted nurses at Woking and Sam Beare Hospices will join more than 500 other women for a charity walking event with a twist.
The women will take part in the Midnight Walk at Mercedes-Benz World at Brooklands on Friday, June 21, to raise vital funds for the hospices.
They will walk an eight mile circular route in the dark, starting at 10pm, and will most likely still be walking by midnight.
Healthcare assistant Ann Cooper said: “I went straight on to eBay and bought these tutus and accessories, so there was no going back.
“We like to support the fundraising team with their events, and as nurses we see directly how supporting the Hospices makes a real difference to our patients and their families.”
