Dozens of boxes of skunk cannabis smuggled into Surbiton lock-up

Tadworth dealer Liam Salter makes a delivery of 224kg of skunk to Pandora Court in Surbiton in May 2008.
At £3,400 a kilo the stash was worth as much as £700k to the network.
Police caught it all on film.
Salter pleaded guilty.
