The event at Richmond Adult Community College on Wednesday, February 25, featured a range of topics including a speech on customer service by Joe Murray, founder of Worldstores.
Anne Newton, chairman of Richmond Chamber of Commerce, said the keynote speakers Barry O'Brien, Stefan Kadlubowski and Adrian Mullins wowed attending entrepreneurs, who in turn provided positive feedback on the day.
Key business messages included valuing employees, considering strategic financial investment, developing sustainable sales and exporting profitably.
Ms Newton added: "Thank you to Richmond Entrepreneurs sponsors PayPal, Natwest, RACC and RTT - we massively appreciate your support alongside our mayor Councillor Jane Boulton, her consort Councillor David Marlow and our MPs, Business Secretary Vince Cable and Richmond's Zac Goldsmith."
