Keen Kingston walkers have been encouraged to take part in an interfaith walk across the borough.
The route will incorporate stopovers at a Korean Buddhist temple, a Greek Orthodox Church, a Jewish synagogue and a Sikh gurdwara amongst a number of other religious establishments.
The walk, organised by South London Inter Faith Group aims to celebrate the multi faith character of London and demonstrate collaboration across the capital ahead of the Olympic and Paralympic games this summer.
The group, which has been running since 1981, will be guiding 11 walks in 10 different boroughs over the following weekend.
Secretary of the South London Inter Faith Group Rashid Laher said: "The walk provides residents and the local population to find out about things they have seen or never understood at a mosque or a church.
"It is an opportunity for people to get to know each other and it breaks down barriers in the interest of big society and community cohesion."
The walk through Kingston, which is the second in the borough, will begin from 10am at Norbiton station and will run until 5pm on July 15. For more information visit southlondoninterfaith.org.uk
