Children can celebrate the summer holidays at a special play day event tomorrow (August 11).
Play Day is the annual celebration of children's right to play when thousands of children, young people and communities get out to play at hundreds of locally-organised events across the UK.
And Elmbridge's Play Day will be held at Molesey Hurst Recreation Ground, behind The Hurst Pool, on from 11am to 4pm.
The free family day is open to all ages with activities including Molesey Juniors football team, Harlequins rugby coaching, weird and wonderful reptiles and birds of prey.
Creative types can spend time in the arts and crafts marquee making beautiful masterpieces or simply get messy with glue and glitter.
Councillor Jan Fuller, Portfolio Holder for Leisure and Cultural Services, said: "This free event will not only provide fun entertainment for children and young people but is also a fantastic way of celebrating the children's right to play."
