Infamous rocker Pete Doherty has pulled the plug on a much anticipated gig at New Slang only a day before he was scheduled to appear at the popular club night.
Doherty was due to perform a solo set at New Slang at McClusky's on June 25 but the reason for the postponement remains unclear.
A spokesman for the former Libertine said: "He’s unavailable to make the performance but there is a good reason. He’s sorry and plans to reschedule for early August."
A new date for the gig will be revealed soon - tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date or refunds will be given from the point of purchase.
