A charity dinner was thrown by a businessmen group for the benefit of a military rehabilitation centre.
The Epsom Round Table hosted the event at the Queen’s Stand, on Epsom Racecourse, to raise money through the Help for Heroes campaign for the Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre at Headley Court, in Leatherhead.
The dinner had the presence of Dean Richards MBE, Director of Rugby at Harlequins RFC and a former England International and British Lion. Two stars from the Magic Circle will also performed magic throughout the evening.
The Round Table exists to develop contacts between young businessmen through regular local meetings, a wide range of social events and by working together to provide help to local charities.
Epsom Round Table meets on the first and third Monday of each month, currently at the Rising Sun in Heathcote Road, Epsom. Those under 45 who would like to know more about the group please go to the national website at www.roundtable.org.uk
