A kind-hearted woman who won a car in a draw for Trinity Hospice has donated the cost of her prize back to the charity.
The Putney pensioner, who did not wish to be named, opted for the £4,000 cash alternative instead of the Ford Ka, and gave it straight back to the Clapham hospice.
She said: “I am delighted that I won the main prize, but even more pleased to be able to return the money to Trinity where I know it will be put to good use.”
