Talking Newspaper volunteers are moving to the New Haw Community Centre on Woodham Lane later this month.
The Elmbridge and Runnymede Talking Newspaper sends weekly recordings of local news to print and sight impaired people in the area.
The charity was given notice to vacate its room at The Orchard in June, after Runnymede Borough council moved its green spaces team to the The Orchard.
Alison Dacomb, hon. secretary of The Talking Newspaper, said: "It has been a difficult time for us all. Our volunteers have worked hard to find alternative accommodation and we are grateful to the local councillors who have supported us.”
