Surrey Police is seeking witnesses after two cases of indecent exposure in Esher and Oxted.

One of the alleged incidents happened in Esher at 6.20am on April 3 when a man cycling along the High Street exposed himself to a woman as he passed her.

He was wearing a bright yellow reflective jacket and had his hood up.

He is described as white, about 30-years-old, with brown hair of a medium build.

A spokesman for Surrey Police said: “Although the CCTV may not be too clear, we believe that this man may regularly use the road at that time of day.

“If you were in the area at the time, and know of anyone matching this description, please contact us on 101 with the reference number: PR/45180034250.”

The second alleged incident happened in Oxted happened on Monday, April 2.

A 22-year-old woman was on Chichelle Road at around 7pm when a man approached her and exposed himself.

He is described as white, about 6ft tall and was wearing a bomber style navy coat and grey tracksuit.
