This pair of stunning old puppets were unexpectedly found by a house clearance company at a home in Kingston.
Staff from Richmond-based Just Clear House Clearance stumbled across these stunning Pinocchio and Jiminy Cricket puppets as part of their work at 'a very cluttered house in Kingston' recently.
Just Clear's Brendan O'Shea said: "It's not always junk that we unearth as we clear houses, and we've found many fascinating items over the years, - some quite bizarre - but this beautiful old Pinocchio and Jiminy Cricket puppet model was a real treasure."
And having been turfed out of their home, the finds won't be heading to landfill.
Mr O'Shea said: "Many items often get a second-life, which gives a 'feel-good' factor for clients. In the case of Pinnochio and his little friend, he'll be going to auction on behalf of the estate. will now head off to auction."
