Police have warned people to be vigilant after more than £6,000-worth of property, jewellery, cash and cigarettes was stolen from a home in New Malden.
The back door of a property in Selwyn Road was broken into yesterday (January 18) between 4pm and 4.50pm, police believe.
A spokeswoman for the Met Police said: “Officers attended and found the rear door of the property had been forced open.
“The suspects carried out an untidy search of the property and made-off with jewellery, cash and cigarettes.”
No arrests have been made.
