The family of a Walton man who died in a crash on the Hersham bypass has released a tribute.
Peter Stevens was 63, and leaves behind a daughter, two young grandchildren, his mother and four siblings.
The family say they are “devastated” by his sudden death.
Peter was a huge sports fan, especially of football, racing and cricket, and on the day he died had been enjoying a day at the races with friends.
He lived in Hersham for most of his life, and had a career in IT for more than 30 years.
A police investigation into the crash on December 8 is ongoing.
