Exactly one month after 20-year-old Quehy Saunders was murdered at Cobham Services, Surrey Police has released CCTV images of witnesses they want to speak to.

Mr Saunders was attacked on Monday, June 26, and was taken to St George’s Hospital in Tooting with head injuries, where he died two days later.

The pictures show four people who made purchases in the petrol station between 3pm and 3.30pm on June 26.

Police also want to trace the driver of a distinctive green Model A Ford that was on the forecourt.

Senior investigating officer Detective Chief Inspector Jo Hayes said: “Exactly one month ago today, a young man was brutally attacked at the petrol station at Cobham Services. We have charged two people with Quehy’s murder, but still need to speak to these five witnesses to understand the circumstances of his murder.

“I want to be clear that the people we are trying to locate are not under suspicion, but may have seen or heard something that could help our investigation. Cobham services is on one of the busiest roads in the UK, so these people could be from anywhere in the country. If you are one of these people, or you know who they are, I urge you to get in touch.”
