Rose growers travelled from as far afield as Teesside and Wales to take part in the Rose Society UK’s southern show.
The marquee at Squire’s Garden Centre was full of beautiful blooms, with Neil Duncan picking up the prize for best exhibit in show on June 24 and 25.
Colin Squire said: “Roses have such a special place in the British psyche and are an essential constituent of the quintessentially English garden. It was a real treat to see such beautiful displays from enthusiasts around the country.”
