An elderly pedestrian who was hit by a vehicle in Thames Ditton has died.
The woman, who was in her 80s, was taken to St George’s Hospital in Tooting with serious injuries to her head and injuries to her leg.
Police say she was hit by a white Ford Transit between 8.30am and 8.35am on Wednesday, June 14, by the Shell service station on Cholmley Road.
Officers are urging witnesses who have yet to come forward to do so, contacting the Serious Collision Investigation Unit on 01483 639922, quoting reference 45170062798.
