Detective inspector Jim Strugnell said: “Viktor has not made contact with anyone since leaving the address in Esher on Sunday and we are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare.
“We would like him to make contact with us as soon as possible so that we can confirm that he is safe and well.
“We are also appealing to anyone with any information as to his whereabouts to come forward as a matter of urgency.
“We are carrying out a number of enquiries, including searches of the area where his belongings were found, but any other information or sightings would help us enormously.”
